Discussion - User to user debate with aim to resolve issues

Mediation - Mediator selected, then debate commenced with aim to come to peaceful resolution.

Arbitrator - For serious ongoing conflicts, a member of the Administration will be chosen to attempt resolution.

Poll - Community style voting done at forum using polls.

Administrator Action - most drastic action possible to resolve an argument. This should be used as infrequently as possible. May resolute in Temporary bans and temporary page protections.
