These are genes that, for whatever reason desired, restrict bot's behavior.
Something like:
'Last Gene reduces mutations that add to genome. cond *.dnalen 78 > *.genes 10 > start .delgene inc stop
Will destroy any bot that changes the number of genes or dna length.
