Pleasure and Pain
These are flip sysvars, meaning when one is positive the other is negative.
They reflect the change in a bot's energy level each cycle.
These are mostly useful to tell if another bot is attacking your's. An unusually high pain level greater than 500 is a rapid way to tell your bot is being attacked by a tie feeder.
