1. Spamming is expressly forbiden, along with deliberatly Blanking wiki's.
2. Wiki's should be relevent to discussion, seeking to provide meaningful content.
3. Vanity Pages should be restricted to User Pages, and must not spill over into general wiki.
4. When possible a user name should be obtained.
5. Wiki's need not be written in a completly unbiased style, but must provide factual and complete information with care taken not to stray into vanity areas.
