Greatthan equals

Takes the two top values on the stack, and checks whether the first value is greater than or equal to the second.

Examples:

10 5 >= Is true

10 25 >= Is false, since 10 is neither greater than or equal to 25.

10 10 >= Is true, as 10 is equal to 10.
