Converts the memory to its negative value.

examples:

Given 5 .up store

.up negstore same as *.up - .up store same as *.up -1 mult .up store is equal to -5

Given -5 .up store

.up negstore same as *.up - .up store same as *.up -1 mult .up store is equal to 5
