A Base Pair is a command or value in the Robot DNA. In DB3, it is the most basic structure of DNA. Unlike in DB2, each Base Pair is unique, and so they do not share any sort of index value from which they are parsed, but instead can be generated completely randomly. In other words, you can not read a base pair representing a number value as if it were an operator.
