Increment Bit Value Operator UNARY

Bitwise Command: ~ Complement & AND | OR ^ XOR ++ increment stack value -- deincrement stack value - negate stack value << bit shift left >> bit shift right

Taking the top value as a series of bits, ++ adds one to the value. If this causes an overflow, the overflowing digits are lost.
