Changes to Versions:

Changes to 2.4.8:

Robots now change color when they mutate.
Amplification and Translocation mutations are disabled pending some thorough bug testing.
Mutation window GUI bugs fixed.
New text box tells you the cumulative chance of mutation per bp (per bot is still in the works)
A logic bug in shots that were causing them to collide prematurely with other bots has been fixed.
Pond mode GUI has been fixed to what it should be doing.
