Deincrement Bit Value BINARY

Taking the top value of the stack as bits, subtracts one. Underflow is ignored.

Bitwise Command:

~ Complement
& AND
| OR
^ XOR
++ increment stack value
-- deincrement stack value
- negate stack value
<< bit shift left
>> bit shift right

Example:

-5 --

would place -4 on the stack.
